The Ministry initially began June 1998 in Columbia, South Carolina under the name of Greater Faith Deliverance Church, at 6206 Shakespeare Road, Columbia  South Carolina with 7 members. The name was changed to Miracle Deliverance Outreach Ministry, Inc. and was incorporated March 10, 1999 by the Commonwealth of South Carolina.  Miracle Deliverance Outreach Ministry, Inc. then moved to 3441 Humphrey Drive, Columbia South Carolina where, God continued to move as never before shifting the ministry from level to level.
   Apostle and Pastor Taylor began searching for a new church building; being led by God they purchased a warehouse at 500 Horseshoe Circle, Columbia, South Carolina.  Through fasting, prayer, and faith God gave Apostle Taylor the vision of how He desired His house to be designed.  With continued prayer, faith, and determination, within seven months, the warehouse was transformed into a haven of hope where souls are being saved healed and delivered. This house of worship pursues after the heart of God from His threshing floor.  God continues to launch Miracle Deliverance Outreach Ministry, Inc. into new dimensions and in 2015 new land was purchased. 
   On February 11, 2017 the glory of God abided in an unforgettable way as Apostle and Pastor Taylor broke the Earth in the natural at 115 Catawba Hill Drive.  This memorable day symbolized what God had already declared and decreed for Miracle Deliverance Outreach Ministry, Inc. in the Spirit.  We believed God for the unveiling of our new spiritual home and to God be the Glory, we Finished Strong!  On May 11, 2018, Apostle Gwendolyn C. Taylor and Pastor Willie F. Taylor received the Certificate of Occupancy to our new edifice. 
   This was an awesome,  glorious, and marvelous day for Miracle Deliverance Outreach Ministry, Inc.  After enduring many tears, restless days, long, cold, and dreary winter days and nights,  God allowed Apostle and Pastor Taylor to accomplish the vision. In the midst of adversity and an abundance of frustration, they triumphed with VICTORY!   Apostle Taylor demonstrated and taught the members how not to compromise after God has spoken a word  to you.  This has been an experience that will be shared with many near and far.  We thank God for the provisions used to complete his work.  It’s been 4 years of residing in this facility and the vision continues.  As we celebrate the 24 years of our leadership’s faith, commitment and endurance, we’re assured that the Best is yet to Come!
