You can stay connected with us via our News & Events page or Facebook. Like and follow us there!
  • On Facebook Live my video tends to move slow. What's wrong?
When you are viewing our live services and the video begins to buffer here are some things you can try that just might help: Tap the three dots in the upper right corner of your live video and scroll down until you see "Change Video Quality." Select a lower resolution. (Warning: The video may appear blurry due to quality change but it should play at a steady speed.) Check your internet connection. When using a laptop, a ethernet cable connection is typically best. However, you may need to make sure your wifi connection is still strong within your internet service provider. If you are viewing from your cellular device, turn off your wifi and use your cell phone's data. Depending on your individual data plan with your cell phone provider, this choice often helps. If you have tried all of these options and you are still receiving a delay in video, it is possible that it could be the wifi on our end. We try our best to maintain a strong connection so that streaming can be easy and improved with time!
