Apostle Gwendolyn C. Taylor and Pastor Willie F. Taylor are the Founders and Shepherds of Miracle Deliverance Outreach Ministry, Inc.  Miracle Deliverance Outreach Ministry, Inc. was birthed through Apostle Taylor in a revelation that God gave her.  After marrying Pastor Willie Taylor in 1996, she moved to Boston, Massachusetts.  It was February 1997, while visiting her maternal aunt in New York, the Lord spoke and told her that He was calling her to be an Ambassador for Him and Him only and she must return back to South Carolina to make disciples for Him.  This experience with God changed her life forever and was about to change the lives of many others in the years to come.
